The problem when we want to strike a ball is our body getting too much stress. It will effect the moving sequences. Trying to hit hard also make our swing trouble. So we must confident and feel relax and easy.

BIG MISTAKE BY AMATEUR
This is some swing technique mistake by amateur when making a swing
1. They use upper body to make a swing. The proper way is using lower body to make a turn and the upper body will follow simultaneous automatic ly.
2. They try to hit a ball using a golf club. The proper swing is to feel pulling a golf club through a ball not hit a ball . If you hit the ball, the out to in will occur. If you pull the club through a ball, you will increase a club speed and make a good solid impact with maximum power.

Two important key for golf swing
First is how you takeaway and second is how you release your club. From the video below the important point about takeaway is ensure you "move away you club in same rate" and the point from release is "release your arm and not release your shoulder".

Chicken Swing
How to avoid chicken swing: its happen when arm and body has not enough space or distance when start downswing. To avoid this happen, ensure we have a wide enough back swing along the target line. To do that, try to feel that you are throw up your club.

One Two Three Tips
When we are in pressure situation, there have some possibility to swing bad. This tips is to avoid nervous or to free our mind when start swing. Try count "one(before start swing) ..two (begining of back swing) and three when start downswing.
