This is how your body movement. Try this excercise to get relax body transition on full swing.

Firstly is to create habits to your hand and arm. Just follow this lesson. I realise that this 'X' cross hand as i mention before. its really work to create power on distance.

i have searching easy but workable swing for a long time. but now i found!! David blair has a perfect swing teacher. His swing teach me to utilize all the body, movement and synchronization in easy way. I have decide to take david as my teacher right now. hopefully i can improve my swing better then before.

Tips for newbie to learn golf swing

This is quite good tips for those wish to have good swing especially for newbie. Firstly get your pitching iron and hold the iron in lower position. Try to be familiar with pitch short first (about 30-50 meter). Try to get better feeling in pitching contact. After you know how your body, arm and feeling works, try to swing with more distance with some changing of your grip and setup. practise swing until up 100 meter. good luck
